History
Since 2002, The Ridgeland High School Athletic Booster Club, Inc. has been an "“All Sports Club”, volunteer and non-profit organization (501c3) made up of RHS parents formed for the purpose of broadening the involvement of students, their families and the school through support for interscholastic athletic programs and activities. The Booster Club works to achieve this through active participation of as many parents as possible in Booster Club programs and events and works closely with the coaches, athletic/activities director, the principal of Ridgeland High School and the Madison County School District administration.
What We Do
Promote a high standard of integrity and good sportsmanship in all athletics
Promote goodwill and fraternal spirit
Promote community spirit and TITAN Pride
Encourage all students to be involved in athletics, either as a participant or an volunteer assistant
Promote and encourage better attendance at all athletic events by students, parents, families, friends faculty and administration
Raise funds to assist all athletic programs at RHS and OTMS
Assist in meeting the expenses of athletic programs at RHS and OTMS by volunteer services and other means
Organize and promote sports-related events for RHS and OTMS such as, but not limited to; Meet the TITANS, Homecoming Parade and Festivities, Football Pre-game Tailgates and the Spring Fundraisers
Securely administer team funds for all sports at RHS and OTMS
Help organize and assist in promoting sports related events at RHS and OTMS
Provide a food stipends per student per sport annually
Award annually the Kenny Burton Athletic Scholarship in the amount of $250 for 1 male athlete and 1 female athlete.
